Sales Officers (Retail Business)

Job Purpose:

This job role is responsible for achieving maximum sales and sales profitability, growth and account penetration within LTE Product line, territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the LTE products or related services.


  • Contribute to the design of the Product Road map on how to drive sales and revenue for the LTE business.
  • Actively acquire new customers and nurture existing ones, turning them into long-term relationships.
  • Maintain Product sales volume, account management, Solution mix, and selling price by being current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Recommend adjustments in selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Support in the product planning process drive, across assigned regions, analyze consumer needs, current market trends, assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Support in analyzing product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved.
  • Come up with sales report and share detailed weekly Product report.
  • Assist in driving the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
  • Assist in developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates eStream and its features across primary market segments


Qualification and Experience

  • First degree or its equivalent in any Social Science, and Business-related discipline.
  • 3- 5 Years cognate experience as a Retail Sales Representative
  • Previous experience in ISP, with strong LTE, Wireless Technology and network Connectivity knowledge is an added advantage.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suites, including Excel sheets, Power Point Presentation
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
