  • How do i renew my data?

    Find below the steps on how to Renew your Subscription through our Self-Care platform

    1. Visit

    2) Click on the Login button beside the menu bar.

    3) Enter your user name password 6000001050 (digit on Simcard is same for username and password)

    4)Click on the flag icon that displays make payment.

    5) Upon successful payment,
    go back to your account profile

    6)The Amount paid will display on your account balance, e.g. 10,240

    7. Next, scroll down and click on Renew plan.

  • How do i change the password of my device?

    While connected to the device.

    Step1: Go to your web browser

    Step 2:  Input into the URL bar,

    Step 3:  Input username and password.

    FOR WIFI – Look at the back on your LTE device and provide the information requested.
    FOR MIFI – Disconnect the battery from your LTE device to view the username and password information located inside the device. (Note: This information is case-sensitive)

    Once you’re logged in, click on the Wireless tab,

    Afterwards, click on the Wireless Security Settings tab to make changes to your LTE device.

    Remember to click on Save after you are done.

    Restart your device for the changes to take effect.

  • Can I rollover my data?

    You can rollover on or before the expiry date of your current data plan.

  • How can I check my data balance?

    Please follow these steps to check your e.Stream data balance.

    Click on: Data Allowance

  • Can i use the eSim on my phone?

    The eSim can work on 4G enabled device with Band 40  operating frequency Band.

  • Do you have FUP on your unlimited data plans?

    Yes, FUP on unlimited plan means ‘’Fair usage Policy’’. FuP dictates your internet data speed and the amount of download limit you are allowed for a period, exceeding which your internet data speed would automatically get lowered.
