Job Purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Graphics designer will be responsible for preparing various visual presentation (including video with voice overs), body-copies, and layouts for all of the organization\u2019s graphical communication, online and offline for different market segments.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Strategic Insight – <\/strong>(Head)<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Contribute to the global strategy of the company by sharing marketing initiatives, that are innovative, actionable and promote a good brand image to internal and external stake holders.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Champion the Brand – <\/strong>(Heart)<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Contribute to the growth of e.Stream’s brand through graphic contents and body-copies that promote and celebrate e.Stream’s product, people and achievements.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Communicate with stakeholders on the best concepts, designs, and layout to promote the brand online and offline.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Technical \/ Analysis and Problem Solving – <\/strong>(Hand)<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Creating a wide range of graphics with different layouts and art works for product launch, marketing, advertising or public displays, as well as branding graphics and contents to promote the company and its managers either via online or offline publications.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with agencies, art services, marketing personnel\u2019s, production vendors (printers) and internal stakeholders for the delivery of any graphical marketing task.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, and develop assigned task in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Gathering information and materials for concept creation towards any marketing task and presenting sample artworks with interesting and expressive body-copy for management approval before final publication on different platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Responsible for photo editing, retouching, and resizing images to ensure they are optimized for different platforms and mediums.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Stay updated on design trends, to incorporate fresh ideas into design work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Interpersonal, Relationship Management & Collaboration<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Constantly liaise with Marketing & Communication team members as-well-as other stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are satisfied with all marketing campaigns, activities, or projects developed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications & Work Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Bachelor’s degree \/HND in any Social Science or other related fields.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Graphics designing. Experience in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Affiliation with relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Competency, Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

            • Excellent art work creativity.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Proficient in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Basic understanding of design principles and composition.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Strong attention to details.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Ability to work and deliver projects within deadline.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Ability to translate marketing principles into design.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • The incumbent may be required to sit in cold (air conditioned) rooms for a long time.<\/span><\/li>\n

                  Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

                  This position does not require any physically demanding task. However, the incumbent should be physically fit to withstand the mental demands.<\/span><\/p>\n
