Answer: Corporate service are services rendered to organizations with uncapped data access while retail service is rendered to individual/Small Scale Business with capped data access.

Retail Service: e.Stream provides basically internet service for individual and small scale business.

Answer: As a structured and process oriented organization, e.Stream has put in place different channels for customer support for both Corporate and Retail services to aid easy access and prompt request resolution.

Answer: We provide both dedicated link and shared depending on your preference and business objectives.

How many public IP’s am I entitled to? (Corporate)

Answer: 2, additional public IPs come with an extra cost.

What is the maximum speed I should expect on my corporate internet service?

Answer: The available speed on a corporate internet link is the exact subscribed capacity.

How do I effectively reduce the rate of data consumption?

Answer:

  1. Password

Change your Mifi / Indoor CPE device password often because once you share it with friends it gives them access whenever they are around you.

  1. Anti-Spam Softwares

Install updated anti-virus and anti-spam software on your system. Also, ensure that you have a large volume of data when considering Video Streaming.

Always keep track of your data while streaming videos sites.

  1. Ensure Seamless Downloads

Do not break downloads in between sessions because data downloaded before you refresh/restart gets deducted from your account.

  1. Video Resolution

Always reduce video resolution quality when watching online videos or movies because the higher the video quality, the more data volume consumed.

  1. Data Sync

Turn off automatic data sync/updates on your smart devices and computers.

  1. Switch off

Always remember to turn off your Router/Mifi when not in use to save data consumed. Most smart devices have applications that perform background activities which consume data.

Modem TX indicator displaying amber?

  1. Power down the Modem
  2. Unscrew the TX power indicator at the rare of the Modem and screw back firmly
  3. Power ON the Modem

  1. Power down the Modem
  2. Unscrew the RX power indicator at the rare of the Modem and screw back firmly
  3. Power ON the Modem

My VSAT link suddenly stopped working?

  1. Check that the branch server is functioning optimally
  2. Should the server function well, check that the network cable connecting the VSAT Modem and Router Interface is firmly seated on LAN A port of the Modem and the appropriate Interface of the Router.
  3. Check that the link is now restored.
  4. If challenge persists, Contact servicedesk@estreamnetworks.netfor further troubleshooting.

My Internet link suddenly stopped working?

Answer:

  1. Check that the branch server is functioning optimally
  2. Should the server function well, Check that the network cable connecting the e.Stream Radio PoE Interface to Mikrotik Router  Eth1 is firmly seated on both interfaces  and the Mikrotik Router Interface Eth 2 is connected on the branch appropriate Interface of the Router.
  3. Should the PoE be properly powered, check that the network cable connecting the e.Stream Radio PoE Interface to the appropriate Router interface is firmly seated on the interfaces.
  4. Check that the link is now restored.
  5. If challenge persists, Contact servicedesk@estreamnetworks.netfor further troubleshooting.
